• Order Processing Time:
  All ready-to-ship orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Custom or Made-to-Order Products:
  These items require additional time due to their personalized or artisanal nature. Estimated processing time will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that such items may take 7–21 working days to ship, depending on complexity.

• Shipping Duration (Post Dispatch):

  • Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • International Orders: Delivered within 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities or political disruptions.

2. Shipping Charges

• Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) or lower-value orders, depending on your region.

• International Shipping:

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.

  • Duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer as per their country’s regulations.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

All shipments are insured until delivery, so you can shop with confidence.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

In rare cases where:

• Delivery is delayed due to courier service issues

• Address provided is incorrect or incomplete

• Delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability

Our team will contact you to help resolve the issue. Additional delivery attempts or reshipment may incur extra charges in some cases.

We are conscious of our environmental footprint. Your products are packed with care using eco-friendly materials wherever possible, without compromising the safety of delicate items.

7. International Shipping – Special Note

We are proud to ship worldwide and bring Indian heritage to global homes.

However:

• Customs policies vary from country to country. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

• Any additional customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are to be paid by the recipient.
