All ready-to-ship orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).Custom or Made-to-Order Products:
These items require additional time due to their personalized or artisanal nature. Estimated processing time will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that such items may take 7–21 working days to ship, depending on complexity.Shipping Duration (Post Dispatch):
Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 3–7 business days.
International Orders: Delivered within 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities or political disruptions.
2. Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping (India):
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) or lower-value orders, depending on your region.
International Shipping:
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.
Duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer as per their country’s regulations.
